1. How can I reach you?

2. How do I schedule?

You can either DM me on Instagram or email me to schedule a photoshoot.

3. How do I submit a payment?

You can submit your payment through Zelle or Cash App. Contact me for payment information.

4. When is payment due?

A 30% initial payment of the total cost is required to book a session (the initial payment is to prevent others from booking at the time you are scheduled) and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before the day of your session. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the time it's due will result in automatic cancellation.

5. What if I need to reschedule?

You’re allowed to reschedule once for free as long as you reschedule within 72 hours (3 days) before your session. Additional rescheduling would require a new deposit.

6. When will I get my photos?

For portraits and headshots, it takes up to 2 weeks to receive photos. If you need the photos expedited (2-3 days). For events, it takes up to 3 weeks to receive photos. All photos would be sent through a link.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

The initial payment will not be refunded due to it being non-refundable. Any other payments made after the initial payment will be refunded.

8. Can I get a refund?

Initial payments are non-refundable. Any other payments made after the initial payment are refundable if the service hasn’t been performed.

9. what happens if i show up late?

You have a 15-minute grace period. After that is a $10 late fee every 10 minutes. Please communicate if you’re going to be late.

10. Do you Charge A travel fee?

Yes, I charge a travel flat fee of $25 for locations that are more than 20 miles from Lithonia.
